Patricia is a wellness consultant, business owner, and coach with 20 years of experience teaching yoga, meditation, and holistic health practices. Her mission is to empower high-stress clients to develop the skills, confidence, personal and professional habits to thrive. Patricia has been studying and practicing yoga since 1998 and became the first certified hot yoga teacher & studio owner in Westchester. Her efforts have opened the door for thousands of students to experience the transformative power of yoga.

In 2017, Westchester Magazine named Riverstone Yoga Best Yoga Studio, and named Patricia Best Yoga Instructor. The studio was also awarded Editor's Pick Best for the Most Innovative Studio that year. Yoga Alliance certified Patricia a 500 E-RYT (Experienced - Registered Yoga Teacher). She also earned a Bachelor of Science from SUNY and her Juris Doctorate from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University with an Environmental Certificate. Patricia was admitted to the Bar for NYS 1996 and practiced for many years. As a lawyer, she experienced overwhelming and at times debilitating levels of stress. Patricia knows that for many this unhealthy stress is the new norm and she is committed to helping her clients go from ill to chill!
