As a parent it is often hard to fit in your personal practice over the busy weekend. This series is an opportunity for you and your family to unwind before the start of another busy week and connect in a fun and mindful setting. During this series we will participate in breathwork, pose sequences, partner/group work, sharing, reflection and relaxation. Every class will provide you (the adult) an opportunity to reconnect with your own mind/body as well as your family. It is truly amazing the joy we can experience when setting aside all distractions and focusing on ourselves and the ones we love.
