If you are new to yoga we recommend a beginner's class or one of our programs. Our yoga instructors are trained to accommodate students of all fitness levels and experience.

Please respect the teachers, they are providing you with specific instruction. The overall environment is important to every student in the class. With different styles of yoga you may receive contradictory information from teachers depending on which discipline they teach. Please follow the teacher's direction.
Classes are 60, 75 or 90 minutes. If you must leave early, inform the teacher and wait for a break and leave quietly.
If you feel uncomfortable or ill it's best to sit with your head above your heart, especially in the hot classes.
Inform the teacher if you are pregnant or have any medical or health problems.
Hydrate before and after class. In hot classes, do not pour your water over your head, face, neck, and body.
Print clearly when you sign in for your class.
Do not bring your belongings into the yoga studio – only your mat, towel and water are allowed in the room.
Do not leave any belongings at the studio.
Mobile phones are not allowed in the yoga studio or reception areas unless approved by the teacher in an emergency.
